Roller Conveyor System: Includes feed, intermediate, and discharge rollers.

Blast Chamber Composition

Features a main blast chamber and two auxiliary chambers equipped with four layers of rubber curtains to prevent abrasive escape.

Abrasive Removal Unit

Post-blasting, workpieces are cleaned via a rotating brush with interchangeable segments. Spent media is flicked into a screw conveyor for recirculation.
