Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from high-quality Ti6Al4V alloy, strictly adhering to ISO5832-3:2016 standards. The accompanying suture is made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without additional coating, woven specifically from multiple UHMWPE yarns to meet ASTM F2848-17 requirements.
The blue suture is derived from white UHMWPE dyed with FDA-approved blue material (code 73.1015). For the inserter, the components contacting the human body are crafted from stainless steel conforming to ASTM F899-12b. The inserter handle, designed for external use only, is made from durable polycarbonate and ABS material.
