The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is expertly crafted from Ti6Al4V alloy, strictly adhering to ISO5832-3:2016 standards. The suture is manufactured from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without coating, woven for superior strength to meet ASTM F2848-17 requirements.
For high visibility, the blue suture is dyed with FDA-approved material. The inserter's contact components are made of medical-grade stainless steel (ASTM F899-12b), while the handle is designed for ergonomic use using high-quality polycarbonate and ABS materials.
